My liver biopsy was: moderate interface hep, most portal areas expanded from lymphoplasma cell infiltrates, piecemeal necrosis, limiting plates severly disturbed, portal ares have mod fibrosis.
 
My ggt's are 894, my alt is 438 and my ast is 399.
 
My question: is it possible that I am progressing to cirrohsis, I also get stabbing pains in my liver that actually take my breath away.
 
Please help me understand these test results.

This is not cirrhosis, but your biopsy and tests suggest a considerable amount of inflammation which can contribute to pain. I would strongly consider antiviral treatment as it may help you from ever developing cirrhosis.
