I have done 2 treatments in the past and failed to get rid of HepC, I am 1B genotype. I must begin with the pegasys soon. Could you please tell me what the dose for me would if I were to use it as a 'maintenance' program and should I take it with Ribavarin as well? I weigh 50 kg. Could you also please tell me if it is a syringe or a wonderful pen?

In the US it is a syringe - no pen yet. We have used flat dose in maintenance trials of 90 mcg weekly without ribavirin.
 
However, I would give strong consideration to trying PEG interferon + ribavirin combination treatment first if you have not done so already.
