We r working on Hepatitis B, C and HIV positive bio-medical fluids. we are working on min.30 -40 lit. of human serum which is collected from the Hepatitis positive patient as we are isolating the HBsAg from the same. So we are in direct contact of the infectious serum.
 
I would like to know the mode of action of these diseases. In what way we can protect us? Waitting for the positive responce.

All 3 are blood borne pathogens so can not be contracted via inhalation or skin contact. you should be wearing eye protection of course as is true in any laboratory, gloves and gown and working in a protective hood. outside of these practices, the most important preventive measure by far is immunization against HBV.
