Dr Golub: "current CDC PrEP guidelines recommend routine STI testing every 6 months with symptom assessment at interim visits.....these guidelines should be changed to recommend routine STI testing at each followup visit.....we are reaching people with PrEP who are vulnerable to STIs"....her SPARK protocol is to test every 3 months
