Some of the suggestions in this talk have been around since I designed CHECK Hep C 10 years ago such as mobile vans, ECHO showing how difficult it has been to establish HCV elimination infrastructures. We are not even doing routine & regular screening & there is no dedicated funding for that nor for an HCV Ryan White Care Act program raising the question - is there enough resolve top eliminate HCV, it seems like there is not.
