as pointed out by Dr Waters in Q&A a year limitation of the study was doing both a prospective & retrospective data collection, and treating during 2 different time periods as well. But because guidelines changed it was impossible conduct a contemporary study. However we tried to avoid biases by selecting the same trial centers for including both groups of patients. Plus, we included patients consecutively. But it is a limitation.
