from Jules: of note Dr Brown did not yet have info or data on patient interventions after fracture, so patients who started PT or did not start PT, there was no data or info yet to report on. So some patients my have recovered better with PT while those with no PT may have recovered more slowly but there is no data on that yet. PT might have affected recovery at different time points. The long recovery could be because few PWH undertook PT.
