Key finding: Weight changes were minimal and similar in this virologically suppressed population. In this double-blind, randomized, phase 3 study, approximately 70% were overweight or obese at baseline and about 90% had been on BIC/FTC/TAF for at least 1 year at the time that they were switched or not switched to DOR/ISL.
