from Jules: we already have conducted trials & published results with PCSK9 in PWH, it is effective, safe with no DDIs as I recall. Patients & particularly PWH often do not achieve LDL goals with statins so need PCSK9 to achieve LDL goals. HIV clinicians in general overlook the utility of PCSK9 inhibitors.
