from Jules: Dr Grinspoon was asked during Q&A if HIV clinicians & doctors should be using biomarkers like CRP & IL6 to screen for risk in the clinic and he suggested YES. In the general literature there have been publications showing that in the general public these biomarkers are being used & felt tore reliable predictors. WE in HIV should be using these biomarkers to predict risk !
